Micro Syllabus and Important Topics for WBCS Preliminary Examination 2020

West Bengal Public Service Commission has provided a syllabus for PRELIMINARY EXAM, but there are certain topics which are FOCUSED AREAS on which the number of questions asked is more. Along with the syllabus provided by WB PSC, we have analyzed the Previous Year Question papers and identified the important topics that candidates should revise multiple times before going to the final exam.

Questions on English Composition will cover Synonyms, Antonyms, Idioms and Phrases, Vocabulary test, Phrasal Verbs, the same words bearing more than one meaning, use of appropriate and qualifying words, etc.
